Creating an account requires accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy, confirming you are at least 18 years old, and providing accurate registration information. Creating an account does not create a booking or any right to charter services — it registers your interest and reserves your place in the Early Access Program ahead of public launch. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
The “Continue with Google / Microsoft / Apple” options are shown as a preview of functionality planned for launch. They are not active yet, do not authenticate you, and do not create or access any account.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting fraudulent registration information, creating multiple accounts to circumvent Early Access limits, or attempting to access it in a way not permitted by these terms.
The PRIVAT-JET.COM name, logo, and the content of this site are the property of Privat-Jet.com and may not be reproduced without permission.
This Early Access site is provided “as is” while we build our full platform. We make no guarantee about specific launch dates, features, or availability in any particular market, and the site or its content may change at any time before launch.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the European Union member state in which you reside.
